Stamping of precision connectors such as press-fit pins requires highly sophisticated tools. The Dietze Group’s in-house toolmaking department has perfected the art of designing and building progressive die-stamping tools using a modular construction method.
As the sub-components of stamping tools are very critical, we have the capability to manufacture all precision components in-house. For this purpose, our machine shop is equipped with state-of-the-art precision EDM, hard-milling and grinding machinery that can process a variety of performance steels and sintered hard metal.
